Chloe before Congress July 27, 2023
“'We need to stop telling 12-year-olds that they were born wrong, that they are right to reject their own bodies and feel uncomfortable with their own skin,' said Cole, who told lawmakers Thursday that she felt uncomfortable during puberty and told her parents at that age that she wanted to transition and become a boy. 'We need to stop telling children that puberty is an option. That they can choose what kind of puberty they will go through just [like] they can choose what clothes to wear or music to listen to'.
'Puberty is a rite of passage to adulthood, not a disease to be mitigated,' she added. '

"A California teenager is suing her doctors for cutting off her breast at age 13 in a medical gender change procedure, she now regrets. Layla Jane suffered from severe mood swings, anxiety, and gender confusion as a child. At age 12 she learned about the blockbuster radical transgender ideology. By age 12 she was put through the 'torment' of testosterone hormones and puberty blockers, followed by her transition surgery the next year."
"Harris also wrote that she supported taxpayer funding of gender transition surgeries for detained immigrants and federal prisoners.
Harris was asked if, as president, she would use 'executive authority to ensure that transgender and non-binary people who rely on the state for medical care – including those in prison and immigration detention – will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care.'
Harris replied, 'Yes.'”
Newly minted vice presidential candidate Tim Walz signed a bill in April 2023 that made his state a sanctuary for child sex-changes, promoting tourism for such radical medical interventions in defiance of states that restrict them.

Dubbed the Trans Refuge Bill by supporters, the law grants legal protection to children who travel to Minnesota for so-called gender affirming care, including puberty blockers, reconstructive genital surgery, and hormone therapy, as well as the medical practitioners who provide it. The law prohibits Minnesota courts or officials from complying with child removal requests, extraditions, arrests, or subpoenas related to a child’s sex-change procedures received in Minnesota, even if they’re a crime in another state.
The law makes seeking gender-transition procedures for minors a factor in some assessments for whether a Minnesota court has jurisdiction to make an initial determination in child-custody cases.
During Walz’s tenure as governor, he has supported the promotion of gender ideology in the classroom setting, backed laws to ensure doctors can perform sex-change operations on minors, and supported a ban on counseling services that discourage minors from changing their gender.
In March 2023, Walz signed an executive order that directed that state agencies must “protect” people who seek sex-change operations, including children, and must refuse to cooperate with other states that are trying to penalize anyone for facilitating a sex-change operation on a minor.
The following month, he signed a bill that allows Minnesota courts to take temporary emergency jurisdiction over child custody disputes if one parent takes a child into the state to obtain a sex-change operation or sex-change drugs. The bill prohibits Minnesota courts from cooperating with court orders from other states if the other parent is trying to prevent the child from obtaining the drugs or the operation.
"Senator JD Vance (R-OH) has introduced the Protect Children’s Innocence Act, which would ban the genital mutilation, chemical castration, and sterilization of innocent children by classifying the performance of so-called “gender-affirming care” on a minor as a Class C felony.
The legislation would also cease all taxpayer funding for such actions, including under government-sponsored healthcare plans of the Affordable Care Act, prohibit institutions of higher education from providing instruction on “gender-affirming care,” and would deem aliens who have performed “gender-affirming care” on a minor ineligible to receive visas or admittance to the United States.
“Under no circumstances should doctors be allowed to perform these gruesome, irreversible operations on underage children,” said Senator Vance. “With this legislation, we have an opportunity to save countless young Americans from a lifetime of suffering and regret. ”

"In on-line forums, parents have reported that their children seemed to experience a sudden or rapid onset of gender dysphoria, appearing for the first time during puberty or even after its completion. Parents describe that the onset of gender dysphoria seemed to occur in the context of belonging to a peer group where one, multiple, or even all of the friends have become gender dysphoric and transgender-identified during the same timeframe. Parents also report that their children exhibited an increase in social media/internet use prior to disclosure of a transgender identity. Recently, clinicians have reported that post-puberty presentations of gender dysphoria in natal females that appear to be rapid in onset is a phenomenon that they are seeing more and more in their clinic. Academics have raised questions about the role of social media in the development of gender dysphoria". https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0202330&fbclid=IwAR20rZXNYOsL8Cn3rBDr5kDMSCiMVANKj8NBKHh-YuRrp59PZpzdesKbefg

Puberty blockers may cause mental illness
Puberty blockers may actually cause depression and other emotional disturbances related to suicide. In fact, the package insert for Lupron, the number one prescribed puberty blocker in America, lists “emotional instability” as a side effect and warns prescribers to “Monitor for development or worsening of psychiatric symptoms during treatment.” Similarly, discussing an experimental trial of puberty blockers in the U.K., Oxford University Professor Michael Biggs wrote, “There was no statistically significant difference in psychosocial functioning between the group given blockers and the group given only psychological support. In addition, there is unpublished evidence that after a year on [puberty blockers] children reported greater self-harm, and the girls also experienced more behavioral and emotional problems and expressed greater dissatisfaction with their body—so puberty blockers exacerbated gender dysphoria.

Puberty blockers and sex hormones do not have U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for children’s gender care. No clinical trials have established their safety for such off-label use. The drugs’ long-term effects on fertility and sexual function remain unclear. And in 2016, the FDA ordered makers of puberty blockers to add a warning about psychiatric problems to the drugs’ label after the agency received several reports of suicidal thoughts in children who were taking them.

"The Food and Drug Administration is warning of potential side effects in certain puberty-blocking drugs used in transgender treatments.
The FDA has added a warning to the labeling for gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists "Lupron is being used off label, meaning it is not FDA-approved to treat gender dysphoria.
Lupron (Leuprolide Acetate) is only approved for endometriosis, fibroids, precocious puberty, and as a chemotherapy drug for prostate cancer Symptoms can be debilitating, sometimes not appearing for months
Symptoms include osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, blindness, sterility, depression, menopause-like symptoms
Over 27,000 Adverse Event Reports have been filed against Lupron. Over 14,000 of these reports are classified as “serious” with approx. 2,000 deaths reported".

"Top surgery for transgender women and nonbinary people is a procedure to increase breast size and change the shape of the chest. It's also called feminizing breast surgery, breast augmentation, chest construction or breast mammoplasty.
Top surgery for transgender women and nonbinary people might involve placing breast implants or tissue expanders under chest tissue. In some cases, fat is taken from other parts of the body and injected into the chest. Both techniques might be used, if needed".

"Metoidioplasty is a gender-affirming, lower body surgery that creates a penis by cutting ligaments around the erectile tissue (clitoris) to release it from the pubis and give the shaft more length (4 to 6 cm). The urethra can be lengthened and incorporated into the penis".
"Centurion Metoidioplasty is a variation of Metoidioplasty that was developed by Dr. Peter Raphael and first performed in 2002. The technique differs in that it uses the round ligaments that run along the sides of the labia to provide extra girth by bringing them together along the shaft of the neo phallus.
Centurion results in a natural-looking though small penis that retains full sensation. Centurion penises get erect without need of an implant or device but tend to be too small for penetrative sex. Because native tissues are used, the procedure doesn't require skin grafts from other parts of the body, which leave visible scars.
Centurion typically includes vaginectomy, urethroplasty, scrotoplasty and placement of testicular implants, as well as hysterectomy if this has not already been performed". https://www.metoidioplasty.net/procedures/centurion-metoidioplasty.htm
